The problem
Every business owner believes their website is fine. Convincing them otherwise usually takes a paid audit and two weeks — by which point the conversation has gone cold.
What I built
A free tool that fetches any website, extracts 20+ marketing signals, scores five categories, and has an AI write the verdict: top issues, quick wins ranked by effort, and the single highest-ROI growth play for that specific site. Email capture feeds a MailerLite list, so it runs as a lead engine around the clock.
How it works
- Runs entirely at the edge as a Cloudflare Pages Function — no server, no cold starts, no scaling story to worry about.
- The scoring layer is deterministic (same site, same score) while the narrative layer is AI — so the numbers are defensible and the advice is specific.
- If the AI is unavailable the tool degrades to rule-based analysis rather than failing, and labels which engine produced the result.

Honest limitations
WHAT THIS DOESN'T DOTested cold on 10 well-known public websites. It caught a genuinely missing H1 on a major brand and a site invisible to crawlers due to client-side rendering. It also over-claimed on analytics detection, which was found and fixed the same day. Single-page scope by design.
